Character is Irma Lair from comic and television W.i.t.c.h. 

Around the Lunar Festival there's been a fuss over the blood moon, so I got the idea and referred to the Blood Moon skins from "League of Legends", although it doesn't look too much like it

I had fun with the brushes to draw the background and the texture brushes I use to draw on Irma, I wish I can do the wings better but I just don't get fairy wings logic, can anybody teach me? T_T
